Sandra Ramsay | Owner
Sandra is an advanced hairdresser with over 30 years of experience and 7 years of training. She holds a HNC, the highest level qualification and has owned her salon in Northam since 2013.
She specialises in advanced cutting, colouring, hi-lights, balayage, gents, high fashion and is also a trained Trichologist specialising in scalp disorders and hair loss.

Charlotte Bolton | Stylist
Charlotte is a level 3 hairdresser who came first place in her NVQ competition and achieved student of the year.
She has been upholding Urban Waves goal of perfect hair for over two years and is passionate about her service in the salon
